Choose a destination or villa and describe the group, dates, budget, and preferences. Submit the stay form to send your request to the VIC network intake. A receipt message confirms submission, not availability or a booking.
Review the fit
The next planning step is to assess suitable homes against the room plan, setting, and service needs. A selection should address the practical questions rather than simply the headline capacity.
Confirm availability and terms
Before a booking, the property and dates need confirmation. The proposal must state the full price, currency, payment schedule, cancellation conditions, and what is included.
Arrange the stay
Transport, dining, and other requested services need their own confirmation where applicable. The current website does not take payments, hold availability, or create reservations.
