The LR designation is a manual selection decision. The intended collection represents the upper tier of the shared inventory, generally around $5,000 per night and above, with judgment applied by destination. Price is a signal, not an automatic rule.
What the review considers
Setting, architecture, privacy, condition, amenities, layout, and local care all belong in the review. A property should be assessed as a complete stay, with practical information verified beyond its photographs.
What this preview means
The six current properties are candidates. None has been marked LR approved in the site’s collection data. No official star or diamond rating is claimed.
Before a home is presented as selected
The review needs a confirmed property identity, accurate room and amenity information, current imagery, and a clear understanding of service arrangements. The LR checkbox in VIC will ultimately control inclusion.
